I've been working on this again, upgraded the multiplayer/netcode to a new version which took almost 2 weeks to figure it out and get it integrated with my code. Unfortunately I don't have near as much time to work on this as I'd like (due to my day job getting in the way
so progress will be slow.

The game is currently up on the shelf while I'm working on something else but I'll return to it when I can.

About / What is Galaxy Transporter
Last post by rwgames - Jun 19, 2022, 07:14 AMThe game is in very early development and is not meant for playing at this time. It's too early to be supported but you can still download and see what it's about. I'm hoping to have play testing in mid 2024...
Galaxy Transporter is a multiplayer space game where you are the captain of your own space ship.
The main objective is to transport cargo from space stations to other stations, ships or colonies but it's not a fast paced game. Your in a small part of the galaxy which is the size of about 3 of our solar systems so it can take some time to travel the distance.
At first you only have low Sub-Light capabilities which will allow you to travel within out solar system but to reach some outer locations could take several hours unless you upgrade your ship with new parts or do some fine tuning on the components.
Up to 3 crew members can join as your crew to help with repairs, research, defense or whatever comes up.
